Omni Health Hub is passionate about training. We specialise in core-competency skill training for medical practitioners, healthcare workers, and those wishing to enter the medical arena with the necessary basic skills to gain new employment opportunities.
We at Omni Healthhub are passionate about giving people the essential practical and theoretical experience and knowledge so they can develop new careers or develop their existing career paths. This philosophy is reflected in our training modules which combine real-life work experience with classroom education.
THE TEAM
Olukunmi Akinrinde
Company Director, Tutor
Kunmi is the rock that PCT is built around. He is an experienced and well-informed phlebotomist in the UK and has worked as an advisor to Research institutions, parmaceutical companies, community nurses & pathologists, blood donation centers, and clinical laboratories, amongst other organizations.
Olukunmi founded PCT after seeing a lack of quality phlebotomy training provided in the UK. He wanted to offer a course that put the student above all things and ensured that the next crop of practicing phlebotomists was the best.
Outside of work, (when he has the minute, Kunmi loves to produce & edit music beats( afro, folklore, fuji, and Christian & contemporary reggae genres).
He is a staunch advocate of human and ethical rights of eradication of food poverty in Scotland and globally. He also has a personal blog in which he writes about phlebotomy, amongst other things. Kunmi loves helping to raise funds for Kitchen Soup charities in Scotland.
Prof Micheal Heah
Mentor & Strategist- Coaching & Training
Dr. Michael Heah is a prominent figure in the field of professional coaching in Malaysia, across Asia, the UK & America. Known as the “Father of modern coaching” , he has significantly contributed to the development and standardization of coaching practices. He is the founder and CEO of Corporate Coach Academy, which has trained numerous leaders to become ICF credentialed coaches (Corporate Coach Academy) (Corporate Coach Academy).
Dr. Heah holds several esteemed qualifications, including a Ph.D. in Hospitality and Tourism Management from the Irish International University, a Master’s in Tourism from the University of Strathclyde, and a Postgraduate Diploma in Organizational Psychology from the University of Lancaster (PeakInsight). His contributions to coaching have earned him multiple global awards, such as the Brand Laureate’s Coaching Icon and the Top 100 Global Coaches (ICF Malaysia).
He is an adjunct professor at the University of Utara Malaysia and has authored several coaching books. Dr. Heah’s influence extends to international platforms where he has worked with organizations like the Asia Pacific Economic Cooperation (APEC), the European Union, and the World Tourism Council (PeakInsight). He is also a founding president of the ICF Malaysia Chapter, enhancing the professional development of coaches in Malaysia (Corporate Coach Academy) (PeakInsight).
Dr. Heah’s dedication to coaching is further evidenced by his involvement in various coaching events and his efforts to create a vibrant coaching community (icfmalaysia). His work has left a lasting impact on both individuals and organizations seeking to improve performance and achieve their goals through coaching.
Lalita Joshi
Director, Tutor & Technical Assistant
Lalita has a background in Clinical Operations and Management and her own words;
“Master of Juggling Clinical Chaos”.
Lalita has been working with PCT from the first course back in London but became a full-time member of staff in 2023.
She trains all the technical assistants and also teaches the NDR & Basic courses. She also continually supports all the tutors as a technical assistant.
Lalita is responsible for managing all the equipment (arms, hands, feet, and pads). So, if the tutors need a new vein in the pad its Lalita they go to for help.
She also took it upon herself to manage our Facebook page and Twitter account and so keeps our graduate and new learners up to date with all things phlebotomy.
